MoneyMe Refund Policy

In, we provide in-time services. Data and information are refreshed twice a week for each lottery. Every member register a membership and view historical data; therefore, every member understands the system and the services we offer.

We do issue refund after a member has purchased his membership. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable services, we refund according to the time that the services are not used. The following steps are required for issuing a refund:

  • In the email, subject it as Require for Membership Cancellation
  • You do not need state your reason for cancellation
  • You do need provide us your user name and email address
  • You are encouraged to leave your opinion or suggestions for how to improve our services
  • Your member fee will be divided by months
  • The refund will be issued for the months you have not used
  • You shall receive the refund within 10 days on PayPay
  • You shall see your refund in your credit card statement in a few days
